Private Sound Bath Session Agreement
Session Overview
Private sound bath sessions are immersive, meditative experiences that include crystal singing bowls and other sound healing instruments. Each session is tailored to your group's intention and needs.
Booking & Deposit
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your session.
Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received.
The remaining balance is due 24 hours before the scheduled session.
Pricing
Session pricing is $99–$133 per person, depending on group size, travel requirements, and customization.
Final pricing will be confirmed upon booking.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will not be charged beyond the deposit.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session will result in full session charges.
Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to availability.
No-shows or same-day cancellations will forfeit the full session payment.
Location & Setup
Sessions can be held at the client’s location, or a pre-arranged space provided by Soul Sound Sanctuary (if applicable).
Clients are responsible for ensuring a quiet, clean space free of interruptions.
Provider will bring all necessary instruments and materials.

Soul Sound Sanctuary LLC and Tonia shall not be held liable for any injuries, discomfort, or other issues arising from the session.
Agreement
By booking your session, you acknowledge and agree to the terms above. You also affirm that you are 18 years or older or have the consent of a parent/guardian.
